The Ghana Tourism Authority (GTA) invites proposals from qualified companies and consortia for the digitization of its internal processes, specifically licensing, levy collection, and data analysis. This initiative aims to enhance efficiency, transparency, and data-driven decisionmaking within the tourism sector.
Project Scope
The selected entity will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital solution that addresses the following key areas:
- Licensing: Streamlining the application, processing, and issuance of licenses for tourism and hospitality operators.
- Levy Collection: Automating the collection and reconciliation of tourism levies from various sources.
- Data Analysis: Establishing robust systems for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on tourism data to inform policy and strategy.
Eligibility Criteria
Interested companies and consortia must meet the following mandatory eligibility requirements:
- Ghanaian Registration: The lead company must be a Ghanaian registered entity, or in the case of a consortium, a Ghanaian company must hold the majority stake.
- Established Operations: The company must have been in operation for a minimum of two (2) years.
- Sector Experience: Demonstrated experience in providing services within the tourism and hospitality sector is essential.
- Regulatory Compliance: The company must be duly registered under the Public Procurement Act and demonstrate tax compliance.

Detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) outlining the full scope of work, technical requirements, and submission guidelines will be provided to eligible applicants upon request. Interested parties are
